(NYSE:KKR) and Key Safety Systems, Inc. are the potential buyers for Takata. Carlyle Group is working with Key Safety Systems Inc. and Daicel Corp. is jointly bidding with Bain Capital. Bidders for Takata have been asked to submit their proposals by early this week, and Takata aims to shortlist two to three candidates by October.
