iShares Canadian Universe Bond Index ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited. The fund is co-managed by BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A. It invests in the fixed income markets of Canada. The fund invests in Canadian dollar denominated investment-grade fixed rate Government of Canada, provincial, corporate, and municipal bonds with a maturity of at least one year. It seeks to replicate the performance of the FTSE TMX Canada Universe Bond Index, by investing in securities as per their weightings in the index.
