In September 1998, First Pacific Networks, Inc. sold substantially all of its assets to American Sterling Corporation. Following the sale, the company had no business operations. It intended to file a Plan of Reorganization for Liquidation of its Assets. Previously, First Pacific Networks, Inc., through its patented telecommunications technology, enabled telephone, data, and video communications to be transmitted simultaneously, over a single wiring system, to various users.
