Wanda Holds Talks To Buy Lions Gate and MGM

Dalian Wanda Group Corporation Ltd. is in talks to acquire a stake in Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (NYSE:LGF), chairman Wang Jianlin said. Dalian Wanda is interested in buying control of Lions Gate, although its owners have only been willing to sell a minority stake, Wang said in an interview. Talks are at an early stage and may not lead to a deal, he said. Wanda has also held discussions about investing in Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc., Wang added.
Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Partners with OTE TV for Streaming Services

OTE has announced that it has formed a streaming service partnership with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM). The company's first-run films on Greek TV will be exclusively streamed on the OTE cinema streaming channels. The companies agreed a multi-year contract.
