Montenegro To Promptly Decide On Sale Of Spa Centre Simo Milosevic

Privatisation council is set to make a decision on the sale of a 56.48% stake in Institute “Dr Simo Milosevic” A.D.

Montenegro, Budvanska, Metalurgiju And Ulcinjska For Privatization

Montenegro Airlines A.D. will prepare and call tenders for the sale of five state-owned companies this year, including air carrier Montenegro Airlines, the country's privatization council said. Other companies on the privatization list include Jadransko Brodogradiliste A.D., HTP Budvanska Rivijera AD, HTP Ulcinjska Rivijera as well as Institut Za Crnu Metalurgiju A.D. Niksic, the privatization council said in a statement on Monday, after it presented its privatization plan for 2015. The privatisation of the five companies had been planned several years before but had not yet been implemented. The council also said it will proceed with the tenders for Institute “Dr Simo Milosevic” A.D., New Tobacco Plant Joint Stock Company Podgorica, explosives maker Poliex-Berene, Montenegro Defence Industry d.o.o. and Hotel Park-Bijela.

Montenegro In Talks To With Wellness Group

Montenegro's privatization council is planning to acquire stake in Institute “Dr Simo Milosevic” A.D. from International Wellness Group Limited. Montenegro's privatization council said its talks with International Wellness Limited Group on the sale of 56.5% of Simo Milosevic are still in progress, entering a final stage. The statement was made on October 21, 2014, where the current privatization activities were discussed.
