AT&T Inc. announced that Joe York has been named President of AT&T Florida. York most recently served as Vice President -- Legislative & Regulatory Affairs, AT&T Florida. As President of AT&T Florida, York will oversee the company's local, state and federal government relations and business and consumer affairs operations in Florida, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
