American Blue Ribbons Holdings announced earnings results for the first quarter of 2016. The company generated first quarter revenue of $290 million, a 1% increase versus the first quarter of 2015, after adjusting for the sale of Max and Erma's. Adjusted EBITDA was approximately $21 million, a $3 million increase or 15% over the first quarter of 2015. Same-store sales in the aggregate decreased by 0.4% as Ninety Nine and Bakers Square experienced same-store sales growth of 3.3% and 3.5%, respectively, offset by the 2.5% decline at O'Charley's and a 1.7% decline at Village Inn.
