AusNet Services (Transmission) Limited reported audited consolidated earnings results for the year ended March 31, 2015. For the year, the company reported revenue of AUD 651.3 million against AUD 649.1 million a year ago. Profit from operating activities was AUD 343.2 million against AUD 328.9 million a year ago. Profit before income tax was AUD 210.0 million against AUD 143.7 million a year ago. Profit for the year was AUD 15.3 million against AUD 13.5 million a year ago. Basic and diluted earnings per share was 0.45 cents against 0.40 cents a year ago. Adjusted NPAT was AUD 124.0 million against AUD 117.5 million a year ago. The revenues recognised by the AusNet Services Transmission Group include revenues provided by the Select Solutions segment of the Stapled Group. The growth in revenue was attributed to growth in Select Solutions as a result of the acquisition of Geomatic Technologies in February 2014. Total capital expenditure was AUD 212.3 million for the year, of which AUD 49.7 million was customer-initiated. The decline in capital expenditure compared to the previous year of AUD 232.7 million, is a result of several major terminal station upgrades. Net cash inflow from operating activities was AUD 265.0 million against AUD 227.9 million a year ago. Payments for property, plant and equipment was AUD 204.0 million against AUD 246.0 million a year ago.
