U.S. Bank has appointed Shailesh Kotwal as vice chairman of payment services, who will join at the end of the first quarter and will report to Andy Cecere, vice chairman and COO of the bank. Kotwal will succeed Pamela Joseph, currently vice chairman, Payment Services, who plans to retire from US Bank in mid-2015. Joseph has been with US Bank for more than 10 years. US Bank N.A. has promoted Andrew Cecere, currently vice chairman and CFO, as vice chairman and COO. Kathy Ashcraft Rogers, currently executive vice president, business line planning and reporting, succeeds Mr. Cecere as vice chairman and CFO. Mr. Cecere will be responsible for US Bank's core lines of business: Consumer and Small Business Banking, Wholesale Banking and Commercial Real Estate, Payment Services, and Wealth Management and Securities Services. Cecere will continue to report to Richard Davis, Chairman, President, and CEO, US Bank. Cecere has been with US Bank since 1985. He has served as Vice Chairman and CFO since 2007. Prior to that, he served as Vice Chairman of Wealth Management and Securities Services. Rogers has been with US Bank for 28 years and has served in a variety of leadership roles within the Finance organization. She will report to Davis and join the Managing Committee, which consists of the 14 most senior leaders at US Bank.
