As of April 9, 1999, Aeroquip-Vickers, Inc. was acquired by Eaton Corporation. eroquip-Vickers, Inc. was engaged in the manufacture and distribution of engineered components and systems to the industrial, automotive, and aerospace markets. It operated through two subsidiaries: Aeroquip Corporation and Vickers, Incorporated. Aeroquip manufactured pressure ranges of hose, fittings, adapters, couplings, and other fluid connectors; and precision molded and extruded plastic products. Vickers produced hydraulic pumps, motors, and cylinders; electronic and hydraulic controls; electric motors and drives; filtration products; and fluid-evaluation products and services.
