Lotus Launches Evora Sport 410

Lotus has launched its Evora Sport 410, a lighter and more powerful variant of the Evora 400. The vehicle's weight has been decreased by 154lbs from the original 400lbs. It offers a standard carbon-fibre package and other carbon pieces include the front splitter, roof panel, rear diffuser, sport seats and front access panel. The model is equipped with a modified 3.5-litre six-cylinder engine that delivers 410bhp. The Evora Sport 410 is likely to arrive in most markets by June, but a US-spec variant will not be introduced until later in the year. The automaker will be producing 150 units of the vehicle per annum globally.

Lotus Launches New Elise Sport and Elise Sport 220

Lotus has launched its new Elise Sport and Elise Sport 220. The models will serve as lighter replacements for the current Elise and Elise S. The Sport model is priced at EUR 39,900 and the Sport 220 is priced at EUR 48,700. The new Elise Sport is equipped with 1.6-litre engine that delivers 134bhp and 118 lb-ft of torque. The Sport 220 is equipped with a 1.8-litre supercharged engine that generates 217bhp and 184lb-ft of torque. The Elise Sport accelerates from zero to 60mph in six seconds and reaches a top speed of 127mph. The Sport 220 accelerates from zero to 60mph in 4.2 seconds and reaches a top speed of 145mph.
