Liberty Interactive Corporation announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2014. For the quarter, the company’s operating income was $444 million against $406 million a year ago. Adjusted OIBDA was $650 million against $621 million a year ago. The company grew consolidated net revenue 4% and adjusted OIBDA 6% in constant currency, with particular strength in the U.S. and U.K.
For the year, the company reported revenue of $10,499 million against $10,219 million a year ago. Operating income was $1,188 million against $1,136 million a year ago. Earnings before income taxes were $836 million against $737 million a year ago. Net earnings from continuing operations were $578 million against $554 million a year ago.
