Kronos Incorporated announced that Smoothie King has selected the Kronos Workforce Ready suite of workforce management solutions to be deployed in the Kronos Cloud. Smoothie King is adding locations dispersed across multiple states. The company needed an advanced workforce management solution to manage this growth as well as the increasing complexity associated with labor law compliance. To address such business needs, Smoothie King selected Kronos time and attendance, human resources, and payroll applications, replacing previous manual and other disparate systems. To proactively manage the company’s Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance strategy, the food and beverage company also selected the Kronos ACA management application. Kronos workforce management solutions will help Smoothie King preempt costly errors; reduce onboarding and payroll processing time; and enhance manager and employee accountability through visibility into critical, real-time information required to make data-driven business decisions. This level of accuracy and efficiency is needed for food and beverage organizations to optimize processes, improve productivity, and increase profitability. HUB International Selects Workforce Management Solutions from Kronos Incorporated

HUB International has selected workforce management solutions from Kronos Incorporated, to be deployed in the Kronos Cloud. Kronos will streamline processes for 8,000 HUB International employees across 250 locations in the U.S. and Canada as well as perform all configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and support of the workforce management solution. HUB International selected Kronos as it needed a workforce management solution that could adapt to its growth and accommodate multinational work and pay rules. The organization selected time and attendance, employee scheduling, and absence management applications from Kronos to replace a previous system that was not able to accommodate the complexity of fully automating processes across all locations. HUB International required a solution that could accommodate unique scheduling needs of its offices, call centers, and retail locations. With Kronos, HUB International will have the ability to adjust labor based on predictive volumes of calls, adherence monitoring, and forecasting, which is particularly critical for call center scheduling – all in an efficient and easy-to-use application.
