CEC Entertainment Inc. announced the appointment of Dale Black as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 20, 2015. Mr. Black will replace Temple Weiss, who will be pursuing other opportunities outside CEC. Mr. Black will work closely with CEC's Chief Executive Officer, Tom Leverton, and other senior leaders to lead strategic initiatives across the Company and manage all financial aspects of the business. Mr. Black joins CEC with a deep career in hospitality and entertainment. He recently served as CFO of Great Wolf Lodge, a family-focused entertainment, dining, and lodging company.

CEC Entertainment Inc. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 27, 2015. For the quarter, the company reported total revenues of $221,937,000 compared to $199,689,000 a year ago. Operating income was $12,499,000 compared to operating loss of $4,241,000 a year ago. Loss before income taxes was $4,710,000 compared to $20,215,000 a year ago. Net loss was $3,202,000 compared to $13,279,000 a year ago.
