HTL-STREFA S.A. postponed IPO. HTL-STREFA has decided to postpone its initial public offering (IPO) in Warsaw amid volatile market conditions. Tomasz Walesa, Chief Executive Officer of HTL-STREFA, said, “We plan to continue investor education and monitor the market in order to pick the most favourable window for launch of the IPO.”

Strefa And XTB To List In Warsaw

X-Trade Brokers Dom Maklerski S.A. (XTB) and HTL-STREFA S.A. is planning to list on Warsaw raising up to €200 million each, market sources said. "HTL-Strefa is more advanced and may be floated this year. XTB may land in 2016. The offers may be worth between €100 and €200 million each," a source with knowledge of the matter told Reuters. Source said the companies were likely to list existing shares only. JP Morgan and Pekao Investment Banking are the leading book-runners in both offers, according to market sources.

EQT Reportedly Planning To Sell HTL-STREFA

EQT Partners AB may sell some stake in HTL-STREFA S.A. According to the news report, a transaction exceeding PLN 1 billion could be seen soon. Puls Biznesu daily reported that EQT is going to sell HTL Strefa. It further mentioned that Within 12 months, the firm is to be acquired by a new investor. If this scenario does not succeed, EQT may withdraw from HTL through selling its stocks on the WSE.
