EREN Renewable Energy S.A. and EDF Energies Nouvelles S.A. plans to sell stake in ACME Solar Energy Private Limited. both the companies have 25% stake each in the firm and rest is held by promoters of the company.

EDF Energies Nouvelles Announces Management Changes

EDF Energies Nouvelles has appointed Nicolas Couderc as the executive vice-president for France and distributed energies. In order to achieve the renewable energy objectives set out in EDF's CAP 2030 strategic plan, especially on the international expansion, and to strengthen EDF Energies Nouvelles' role in decentralised electricity generation, Antoine Cahuzac, CEO of EDF Energies Nouvelles and EDF's Group Senior Executive vice president in Renewable Energies, makes some adjustments to the composition of EDF Energies Nouvelles' Executive Committee. Frederic Belloy is named Executive Vice-President, International (excluding North America). His role will be to lead the Group's strategy of international expansion, particularly in emerging markets, and to maximise the synergies between the 20 countries in which EDF Energies Nouvelles has a presence. Nicolas Couderc has been tasked with developing EDF Energies Nouvelles' onshore wind and solar photovoltaic activities in France, as well as its presence in distributed energies which is set to grow with the emerging trend towards self-consumption.

EDF Group Signs Strategic Partnership with Enbridge for the Three First Offshore Wind Farms Projects Off the French Coast

EDF Energies Nouvelles announced a new partnership agreement with Enbridge Inc. The agreement covers the development, construction and operation of three French offshore wind farms, totaling 1,400 MW of installed capacity. Through this agreement, Enbridge acquires a 50% stake in Eolien Maritime France (EMF), the company controlling the three future offshore wind farms. EDF Energies Nouvelles and Enbridge will be co-owners (50/50) of EMF.
