JSC Bank of Georgia announced that Murtaz Kikoria, previously Deputy CEO, Finance has succeeded Irakli Gilauri as CEO. JSC Bank of Georgia appointed Irakli Gilauri as Chairman. The bank announced Levan Kulijanishvili who most recently served as the Head of Compliance andInternal Control - has been promoted to Deputy CEO, Finance. Bank of Georgia announced earnings results for the second quarter 2015. For the quarter, the company reported profit was GEL 72 million, 15.5% higher than the same quarter last year and up 23.5% year-on-year. It added that its total revenue benefited from a strong lift in retail banking income, which was up to GEL 103.4 million in the period, an increase of 44.9% year-on-year.

Bank of Georgia Holdings PLC announced that the JSC Bank of Georgia has completed its legal restructuring as announced in December 2014. Murtaz Kikoria, currently Deputy CEO, Finance will succeed Irakli Gilauri as CEO of JSC Bank of Georgia and Irakli Gilauri will become the chairman of JSC Bank of Georgia. In line with the group restructuring, the board intends to sign new service agreements with senior management.
