iQor will open its new Contact Center in Trinidad and Tobago in September of 2015. The new site will be located in Trinidad’s Tamana In Tech Park, a new 1,100 acre development. iQor will be located in the ICT sector, sharing buildings with some of the large technology innovators in the world. It has acquired space for over 300 agents, and has rights to expand to more than 750 seats. Tamana In Tech Park is conveniently located 45 minutes from the Port of Spain and 20 minutes from the nearest airport, allowing easy access to the new site. Trinidad and Tobago is south of the hurricane belt, has a literacy rate of 99% and the primary language spoken is English (heavily influenced by Great Britain).
iQor Completes Second Expansion of its Contact Center in Dasmarias, Philippines

iQor announced that it is adding an additional 65,000 sq. ft. to its Dasmarias, Philippines contact center. The third floor expansion will triple the call center’s size since its initial opening in October 2013. The expanded facility will span 195,000 sq. ft. and is expected to employ 5,000 by the end of 2015. Client growth and a strong labor market is fueling iQor’s expansion in Dasmarias, which is located 17 miles south of Manila, an area where many locals call home. When iQor first selected Dasmarias as the call center hub for the Philippines, it looked for a central location.
IQor Announces Relocation of its Global Headquarters

iQor announced that it is relocating its global headquarters from New York City to One Progress Plaza in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. More than 100 employees are expected to move into the new, three-floor office space in January 2015.
