BrightRoll announced the expansion of its executive team with the addition of Bruce Falck as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Falck oversees day-to-day operations at BrightRoll and is responsible for leading sales, marketing and business development to scale the company and drive growth of programmatic video globally. Falck played a central role in Google's programmatic business over the past several years. Most recently, he led global sales and strategy for the DoubleClick Digital Marketing platform and advertising exchange. Falck brings nearly two decades of experience in building Internet businesses. In addition to Falck, BrightRoll appointed Guy Yalif as Vice President of Global Marketing. He is responsible for building the BrightRoll brand and fueling continued growth for the company. Most recently, Yalif served as head of global product marketing at Twitter. Yalif has spent more than a decade as a digital media marketing and product leader at Yahoo and several startups. Previously, he advised Fortune 500 companies at the Boston Consulting Group and designed airplanes. BrightRoll also recently announced that Mark Vranesh to its Board of Directors to serve as Audit Committee Chair.
