Resilience Capital Partners announced the appointment of Chad F. Hesse to its newly created General Counsel role. For the past 11 years, Hesse has worked for Diebold, Incorporated. During his time there, he held a number of roles with increasing responsibility. Most recently, Hesse served as the company's Vice President, Associate General Counsel Global Corporate Affairs. In this role, he was the primary in-house legal resource for global M&A activity.
