Trillium Software and InsideView announced a new technology alliance resulting in a global data cleansing and enrichment solution aimed at eliminating the primary causes of unreliable CRM data duplicate records, incomplete lead data, and inaccurate and stale information. Trillium's plug-in identifies and helps remove duplicate records from Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems and prevents new duplicates from entering the system. InsideView then enriches incomplete leads as they enter the CRM system. With as little as a name and email address, InsideView fills in up to 42 fields of additional information, turning a worthless lead into an actionable opportunity. InsideView delivers its data enrichment in one of two ways, depending on the user's CRM application. Microsoft Dynamics CRM online users can take advantage of InsideView for Marketing(TM) Lead Enrich, while on-premise users tap into InsideView's Open Platform through APIs and the new Scribe InsideView Connector. Trillium also provides global data support for more than 240 countries, as well as both batch and real-time data cleansing, on-premise or online, leveraging Microsoft's Azure Cloud.
