InsideView Announces Updated Version of Insights

InsideView announced an updated version of Insights, the Microsoft-branded version of InsideView Sales, embedded within Microsoft Dynamics 365. The sleek, intuitive, new version rolls out as Microsoft launches its breakthrough Dynamics 365 cloud business suite. Insights 4.0 is more deeply embedded in the sales workflow than ever, so sellers can quickly find data, insights, and connections wherever they are within their Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment and use that intelligence to close deals faster. Insights 4.0 is available at no additional charge with all Microsoft Dynamics 365 online Professional and Enterprise subscriptions in the U.S. and Canada, and by exception in several countries in Europe, plus Australia. Research shows that customer response rates increase 32% when based on timely insights. In addition, customer response rates increase as much as 84% when there's a shared connection or relationship. Before a seller even picks up a phone or types an email, Insights 4.0 provides critical information so they can target the right prospect with the right message at the right time, and open conversations through shared connections. Insights 4.0, powered by InsideView, now offers a more streamlined, seamless user experience within the new Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as the current version Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015. In addition to Insights' already robust access to more than 30 million contacts, and the intuitive new interface, Insights 4.0 adds the following features: New filtering capabilities to easily find and import the right contacts into CRM; Discovery Center, where users can search InsideView's database of 12 million+ companies and add them to CRM; Custom field mapping to allow Insights data to easily update company and contact records in Microsoft Dynamics 365; Social feed suppression to enable/disable social media integration; Social media stream customization to tailor the individual user experience. InsideView Announces the General Availability of InsideView Refresh

InsideView announced the general availability of InsideView Refresh, a new data cleansing tool that cleans customer and prospect account data within Salesforce. InsideView Refresh automatically and continually updates and standardizes CRM records with the most accurate information so that marketers and sellers can improve their response rates, get more qualified leads, and win more deals. Keeping an up-to-date CRM database is tough when the business world is constantly changing. Every day companies open, businesses move offices, and executives are promoted. According to Sirius Decisions, these rapid changes mean that between 10% and 25% of customer and prospect records at any given time include critical data errors including incorrect demographics. The cost of not fixing bad data builds significantly over time: it takes $1 to verify a record as it is entered, $10 to cleanse and de-dupe it and $100 if nothing is done, as the ramifications of the mistakes are felt over and over again through marketing and sales campaigns. In addition to the outside business forces that rapidly change data, it can be hard to maintain good data because of internal company changes. Sales reps change; territories are redrawn; companies evolve their data practices. Sales teams, customer service, and marketing teams are constantly updating and changing customer data within Salesforce and other systems. InsideView Refresh is designed to address both internal and external CRM data quality challenges. With more accurate data, companies get a better picture of their target market, and can see where market expansions are possible. Improve sales effectiveness. Sales leaders can plan territory sales more accurately with up-to-date firmographic data, for example by number of employees or by location. In addition, account reports in Salesforce are more accurate and complete for better business process efficiency.

InsideView Appoints Nicole Campbell as General Counsel

InsideView announced the addition of Nicole Campbell as general counsel. Campbell joins the InsideView executive team with nearly 25 years of legal experience that spans corporate, technology transactions, and litigation. Campbell will be the eighth woman on the senior leadership team at InsideView. As InsideView's general counsel, Campbell will serve as corporate secretary and actively partner with the executive, product, and sales teams to ensure the company is well positioned strategically. In this role, Campbell assumes responsibility for all legal affairs, including corporate governance, sales and strategic partnership transactions, IP strategy, and regulatory compliance. Campbell comes to InsideView from SK Planet where she served as general counsel and oversaw the company's acquisition of the mobile app startup Shopkick. Prior to SK Planet, Campbell spent five years as VP, Legal Affairs of Ooyala, a SaaS video publishing and analytics company acquired by Australian telecom Telstra. Before going in-house, Nicole worked at San Francisco and Silicon Valley law firms that include Cooley Godward, where her clients included Adobe, Yahoo!, and a variety of emerging growth companies.
