Liquid Telecom Group, a subsidiary of Econet, has named Kyle Whitehill as CEO at Neotel. In a statement, Liquid Telcom says over the coming months, Whitehill will oversee plans to make extensive upgrades and expansions to Neotel's network, enabling more customers to access high-speed, reliable connectivity across SA. Whitehill was with Vodafone Group for almost 15 years. He also spent three years as CEO of Vodafone Ghana.
