Icontrol Networks announced a partnership with Jasper to enable Icontrol dealers to launch, manage and monetize new home automation services via Icontrol One. The partnership with Jasper enables Icontrol One dealers to automate critical services like system monitoring and maintenance, utilizing real-time diagnostics. This will reduce mean time to repair and help Icontrol One dealers anticipate and rapidly respond to malfunctions, threats and service issues. In the U.S., Icontrol systems on the Jasper platform will be deployed via the AT&T mobile network. Jasper is partnered with 24 mobile operator groups which represent more than 100 mobile operator networks worldwide, enabling Icontrol One dealers to configure services on the Jasper platform once, then scale globally as needed based on market demand. Telecom Italia Teams Up with Jasper Technologies , Ericsson on M2M Rollout

Telecom Italia Digital Solutions signed two partnership agreements with Jasper Technologies and Ericsson to create a new Machine-to-Machine (M2M) platform for Italian and international business customers. As part of the agreement Jasper's cloud-based M2M/IoT service platform, which automates the delivery and management of mobile services to all types of connected devices, will be interconnected with Telecom Italia's mobile network. Telecom Italia Digital Solutions also plans to deploy the Ericsson Device Connection Platform (DCP) to address the B2B2C model of the connected electronic devices market. The company is hoping Ericsson's multiplatform configuration will enable it to create dedicated M2M products intended for the automotive, connected car and manufacturing sectors, particularly with regard to smart cities, smart automation and metering. Ericsson has also been selected to support the integration of both platforms.
