Elektroprenos BiHto Link the 48 MW Podvelezje Wind Park

Elektroprenos BiH to link the 48 MW Podvelezje wind park to a 110 kV transmission network once it is completed. The value of the contracted works and services is BAM 2.7 million and includes, among others, the construction of a double circuit 2.5 km power transmission line, project drafting and the acquisition of necessary construction and other permits, EPBiH said in a statement on its website. The deadline for the completion of works is May 31, 2018. The construction of the transmission line should follow the implementation of the remaining lots under the Podvelezje project - the construction of access roads, mounting plateaus, substations, cable networks and wind turbines.

Elektroprivreda BiH Obtains Energy Permit for Construction of 48 MW Podvelezje Wind Park

The energy ministry of Bosnia's Muslim-Croat Federation has issued Elektroprivreda BiH (EPBiH) an energy permit for the construction of the 48 MW Podvelezje wind park with a planned annual production of 115-119 GWh. The energy permit is valid until May 24, 2019 and allows EPBiH to sell all produced electricity at guaranteed prices or reference prices fixed by the entity's law on the use of renewable energy sources. The park, to be located in Mostar, will consist of 15 wind turbines for whose supply EPBiH launched a tender in late May. The project is worth an estimated EUR 162 million ($180.7 million).
