As per the plan filed, Administrative Claims, IDB Superpriority Administrative Claim of $9.1 million, U.S. Trustee Fees, Professional Fee Claims of $5.37 million, Priority Tax Claims, Priority Claims and IDB Secured Claim of $66.15 million will be paid in cash in full satisfaction from the proceeds of its collateral and payments received by the Liquidating Trust. General Unsecured Claims of $0.05 million will receive $2,500 will be paid in cash. Bank Group Deficiency Claim of $35 million, The IDB Participation Claim and the Leumi Participation Claim of $7.2 million and The Dell/Stephens Claims will be paid in cash. Participant Claims (Tier I) will have a recovery of 10% and Participant Claims (Tier III) will have a recovery of 5% and will be paid in cash. Equity Interests will be cancelled and will not receive any distribution. The plan will be funded by cash in hand and sale of assets.
