Blazent launched the first big data platform targeted specifically at the problem of inaccurate and incomplete data within IT. Blazent announced its Service Asset and Configuration Management solution pack for ServiceNow. The SACM solution pack is part of Blazent's recently announced Prometheus release, and is intended for customers that desire a more cost-effective and intelligent method to manage the intersection of asset governance and configuration management. SACM's highlights include: New attributes that enable the Bullseye and Floodlight modules to inject and maintain key core fields that exist within ServiceNow's CMDB and Asset Management applications. New custom attribute and corresponding business rule to better maintain synchronicity between the Service Asset and its corresponding Configuration Item.
