Teksid announced earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2015. For the quarter, net revenues were EUR 172 million against EUR 166 million a year ago, primarily attributable to an 18% increase in aluminum business volumes, offset by a 7% decrease in cast iron business volumes. Adjusted EBIT was break-even, compared with negative EUR 1 million a year ago, primarily from increased volumes from the aluminum business and favorable foreign exchange rate effects.
For the six months, net revenues were EUR 352 million against EUR 328 million a year ago. Adjusted EBIT was EUR 1 million against adjusted LBIT EUR 5 million a year ago.
