Canal+ Group reported earnings results for third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2015. For the quarter, the company’s revenues were €1,300 million against €1,300 million a year ago. Income from operations was €186 million against €208 million a year ago. EBITA was €162 million against €206 million a year ago.
For the nine months, the company’s revenues were €4,034 million against €3,967 million a year ago. Income from operations was €554 million against €633 million a year ago. EBITA was €550 million against €626 million a year ago.
Canal Plus Announces Management Changes

Vivendi group secretary Frederic Crepin has been appointed to the same role at Vivendi pay TV subsidiary Canal Plus. Mathieu Peycere, who is Vivendi's director of human resources will also be responsible for personnel at Canal Plus. In the same way, Vivendi's internal audit director, Vincent Vallejo, is taking the same function at Canal Plus, and its general services director, Stephanie Ferrier, now is also head of Canal Plus property assets and general means. In addition, Francine Mayer has been appointed chair of advertising subsidiary Canal Plus Regie, succeeding Roger Coste in the post.

The Canal+ Group Supervisory Board met on September 3, 2015. During the meeting Vincent Bolloré was appointed Chairman of the Canal+ Group Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board also decided to strengthen the Canal+ Group Management Board by appointing two additional members: Julien Verley and Jean-Christophe Thiery. The latter will become the Chairman of the Canal+ Group Management Board. The Supervisory Board wishes to warmly thank Bertrand Meheut for his outstanding work at the helm of Canal+ Group for the last 13 years. He has been responsible for the company's spectacular recovery and its transformation into the large French media group, with leading positions in television and film. Bertrand Meheut will remain as special advisor to Vincent Bolloré on the significant transformation that Vivendi wants to achieve with Canal+ Group. The Canal+ Group Management Board is now made up of Jean-Christophe Thiery, Maxime Saada, Grégoire Castaing and Julien Verley.
