TVN Spolka Still In Talks With Potential Buyers

TVN Spolka Akcyjna (WSE:TVN) is in continues discussions with interested parties for its sale, Reuters reported citing Markus Tellenbach, Chief Executive Officer. Vivendi Société Anonyme (ENXTPA:VIV) and Polish holding company International Trading and Investments Holdings S.A., which jointly hold a 51% stake in TVN, may be the sellers, Reuters said. However, the time-frame for an agreement is a matter for the sellers to decide.

ITI Denies Sale Of TVN To Gazprom

International Trading and Investments Holdings S.A. (ITI) is not planning to sell its stake in TVN Spolka Akcyjna (WSE:TVN) to JSC Gazprom-Media Holding. Wojciech Kostrzewa, Chief Executive Officer of ITI denied market rumors.

TVN May Select Buyer In Q1 2015

Societe d'Edition de Canal Plus S.A. (ENXTPA:AN) and International Trading and Investments Holdings S.A. are expected to select a buyer for their 51% stake in TVN Spolka Akcyjna (WSE:TVN). The selection of buyer is expected to be finalized in first quarter of 2015, PAP reported, quoting Markus Tellenbach, Chief Executive Officer of TVN. Discovery Communications, Inc. (NasdaqGS:DISC.A) and Time Warner Inc. (NYSE:TWX) are among the 12 entities interested in acquisition of TVN. In addition, Axel Springer SE (DB:SPR), Twenty-First Century Fox, Inc. (NasdaqGS:FOXA) and JSC Gazprom-Media Holding are also potential buyers, PAP added citing media speculation.
