China Construction Bank (Asia) Announces Executive Changes

China Construction Bank (Asia) announced that Chief Executive Officer Mao Yumin retired on May 25, 2016. The former Executive Director and Alternate Chief Executive Jiang Xianzhou is appointed as CCB (Asia)’s Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer [“CEO”], effective from May 25, 2016. Mr. Jiang has assumed numerous senior positions since joining China Construction Bank in 1986. He was promoted to Deputy General Manager of the Administration Office in 1995, and to Deputy General Manager of the International Business Department in 1997. In 2004, he took over as General Manager of the Institutional Business and Fund Custody Department. Before joining CCB (Asia) as the Executive Director and Alternate Chief Executive in 2014, Mr. Jiang had been the Chairman of China Construction Bank Principal Asset Management Co. Ltd. since 2005.
