FlightSafety International Signs Agreement with Flight Simulation Technique Centre for Bombardier Q400 Aircraft

FlightSafety International has signed an agreement with Flight Simulation Technique Centre Pvt Ltd., or FSTC, for the purchase of a full flight simulator for the Bombardier Q400 aircraft. The new FlightSafety FS1000 simulator is scheduled to be installed at the FSTC training center in July 2018. The advanced technology systems incorporated into the FlightSafety FS1000 simulator being built for FSTC are designed to enhance performance, increase availability, and lower life cycle costs compared to previous-generation devices. They include a 60 inch electric motion base, a new multi-function Instructor Operating Station, and VITAL 1100 visual system. FlightSafety has built more than 800 flight simulators and other advanced training devices to date. They include over 130 simulators for commercial aircraft manufactured by Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier and Embraer located in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North and South America. The simulators are part of an integrated training system used throughout the company's network of Learning Centers and by many other leading commercial, government and military organizations worldwide.

His main responsibilities are to identify and pursue new business opportunities for company’s advanced technology simulation products and comprehensive services among operators of commercial aircraft. This includes developing and promoting products and services that meet the current and future needs of this important segment. He most recently served as Vice President, Business Development for TRU Simulation and Training.
Air Methods, FlightSafety Announces New Training Facility in Colorado

Air Methods and FlightSafety International announced the new FlightSafety Learning Center in Denver. In addition, Air Methods and FlightSafety recently welcomed the second of four FlightSafety-built Level-D qualified full motion simulators designated for the training facility located in Colorado. The installation of the new Airbus AS350 B3 Level-D simulator took place in February 2017, joining the Airbus EC135 simulator, which was previously used by Air Methods at FlightSafety's Learning Center in Dallas.
