InTouch Health announced an expanded range of FDA Class I listed medical devices and software solutions for ambulatory, non-acute and non-emergent telehealth delivery. InTouch Health announced the Vici Telehealth Cart, and an expanded family of Viewpoint™ products including iOS Viewpoint software and tablets, Windows Viewpoint software and tablets and the new Provider Access™ 2.0 software. Additional details on these products follow: The Vici TelehealthCart is a FDA Class I listed medical device intended for non-acute clinical use cases. The Vici Telehealth Cart includes a Microsoft Surface Pro 4™ tablet integrated into a slim form cart with high-definition 12X optical zoom pan-tilt-zoom camera, echo-canceling microphone and speaker, five-hour battery life, and a lockable storage drawer for peripherals. The Vici Telehealth Cart connects physicians to patients via the Company's existing actively monitored network, supported by a dozen global network operations centers. Thenew family of Viewpoint software solutions includes both iOS and Windows versions that can be downloaded from the Apple® App® Store or downloaded on an internet-connected PC or Windows-based tablet. The new iOS Viewpoint Tablet™ is an Apple iPad Pro® preconfigured with Viewpoint software. The new Windows Viewpoint Tablet™ is a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 preconfigured with Viewpoint software. InTouch Health announced the acquisition of C30 Medical Corporation ("C3O"), a physician-led telemedicine management and physician coverage provider consisting of board certified specialists in emergent Tele-Neurology and Tele-Neurocritical Care. C30's physicians provide support into many health systems spanning six U.S. states. In conjunction with the acquisition, Herbert Rogove, DO, FCCM, FACP, Founder and President of C30, joins InTouch as Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Rogove has over thirty years of experience directing and establishing ICUs and Intensivist, Hospitalist and Emergency Medicine programs in academic and community hospital settings. He has also held numerous leadership and administrative positions at major tertiary care facilities throughout the United States, and joined the board of directors of the American Telemedicine Association in 2012, serving as Secretary/Treasurer from 2014 through 2016.

InTouch Health has appointed Joseph M. DeVivo as its new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. DeVivo was most recently President, CEO and Director of AngioDynamics. Yulun Wang, Ph.D., who has been Chairman and CEO since founding the company in 2002, will remain as Chairman of the Board. He will stay actively involved in the company's strategic direction and operations and will assume the newly established role of Chief Innovation Officer. Mr. DeVivo specializes in accelerating top-line growth and brings strong public company experience. This change reflects the growing enthusiasm and expectations for telehealth, and specifically the company's opportunity to be a significant player in the telehealth market. Mr. DeVivo currently lives in Saratoga, NY, but will be relocating to Santa Barbara, CA, where InTouch Health headquarters will remain.
