EDAC Technologies Corporation announced the appointment of J. Mark McDonald as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. McDonald joins EDAC from Rolls Royce, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Energy. Current EDAC CEO Dominick A. Pagano is retiring but will remain with the company for a period of time to facilitate a smooth transition and will also continue to serve thereafter as a member of EDAC's Board of Directors. Mr. McDonald will assume his duties on September 30, 2013.
