Stone Harbor Investment Partners Unveils New Emerging Markets Debt Fund

Stone Harbor Investment Partners has unveiled a new Dublin-domiciled emerging markets debt fund for institutional investors across Europe. The new Ucits fund will invest at least 70% of its assets in emerging market bonds, primarily from sovereign issuers, according to Citywire. Additionally, the fund will also invest across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America and emerging Europe, including Russia. The new fund is a Dublin-domiciled version of the firm's existing Stone Harbor Investment Grade Emerging Markets Debt fund. The fund will expand the firm's EMD fund range and will be denominated in US dollar or non-US dollar currencies.
