Alternative Service Concepts announced the promotion of Ms. Tammy Moore and Mr. Jeff Logsdon to company assistant vice president. Promoted from the positions of claim manager, Mr. Logsdon, and Ms. Moore will be responsible for managing multiple ASC claim offices, partnering with several key clients and driving quality and performance through best claim practices. Ms. Moore joined the organization in 1998 where she began serving as a claim adjuster promoted to claim supervisor then claim manager. She brings 28 years of claims risk management experience to this role working for companies such as Dollar General Corporation, Willis Corroon, and the ITT-Hartford Group. Mr. Logsdon joined the organization in 2011 where he began serving as a claim supervisor promoted to claim manager. He brings more than 18 years of claims experience to this role beginning as a claim adjuster for Meridian Insurance followed by AIG, Underwriters Safety & Claims and Nationwide Insurance.

Alternative Service Concepts has appointed Pam Finch to its leadership team as chief operations officer. In her role, Finch will be responsible for overseeing all claim operations throughout the country. Prior to her appointment effective January 1, 2016, Finch held various positions for nearly 14 years at Alternative Service Concepts including Claim Supervisor, Claim Manager and Assistant Vice President. Recently she served as Vice President where she was responsible for managing a number of offices, account management and vendor relations. Finch has 34 years of multi-line insurance experience, adjusting and supervising claims as well as management of staff across much of the country. Prior to joining Alternative Service Concepts in 2002, she held various positions at CNA and St. Paul Insurance Companies where duties included, adjustment of claims and management of employees, while meeting the specific goals and objectives of individual customers.
