TRC Staffing Services Inc. announced a new service that allows job seekers to easily be aware of TRC's open job orders through a partnership with CareerBuilder. Talent Network is a ready-to-use, always-on recruiting engine that allows candidates to sign up to search for jobs or to have job opportunities sent directly to them. Members of the TRC Staffing Services talent pool can join TRC's Talent Network by entering just a few data points, including name, email, interest level and skill set. Once membership has been established, candidates can either passively scan job opportunities or provide their resumes and additional detailed information for postings of significant interest. Talent Network will automatically send alerts with new job opportunities that match the interests and skill levels of each candidate. It also allows members to share job opportunities with family and friends through social media or email.
