MidAmerican Energy Holdings Co. is offering to exchange up to $2 billion of certain senior notes. It is offering to exchange up to $400 million of its registered 1.100% notes due 2017, for all of its outstanding unregistered 1.100% notes due 2017, up to $350 million of its 2.000% registered notes due 2018 for all of its outstanding unregistered 2.000% notes due 2018, up to $500 million of its registered 3.750% notes due 2023 for all of its outstanding unregistered 3.750% notes due 2023, and up to $750 million of its registered 5.150% notes due 2043 for all of its outstanding unregistered 5.150% notes due 2043. Interest on each series of exchange notes will be payable semiannually in arrears on May 15 and Nov. 15 of each year, beginning May 15. The exchange offer will expire on April 28, unless extended.
