Fanatics Appoints Matt Madrigal as New Chief Technology and Product Officer

Fanatics reported that Matt Madrigal has joined the company as Chief Technology and Product Officer. Madrigal will play a key role in shaping technology and mobile strategy, while expanding the company's product development and data capabilities to support the next generation of growth for the sports eCommerce company. The company announced that Madrigal was most recently SVP of eCommerce & Marketing for Williams-Sonoma, Inc., where he led all digital commerce and mobile technology functions for a portfolio of home furnishings brands, such as Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn and West Elm, helping to grow the company's eCommerce business to over two billion dollars in 2013.
