Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service Signs New Agreement with Zillow and Trulia

Zillow Group announced that the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) has signed an agreement to enable its brokers to send listings directly to Zillow® and Trulia® from the MLS. ARMLS has 31,000 members throughout Arizona. Through the Zillow Partnership Platform, real estate agents will be prominently displayed as the listing agent on all of their listings and be able to receive leads directly from Zillow. Brokerages will receive attribution, branding, a link back directly to their websites and have daily reporting access.
Trulia Joins Zillow Group Rental Network

Zillow Group announced that Trulia has joined the Zillow Rental Network. Now, rental property marketers and landlords will have access to Trulia's 55 million monthly unique visitors1 providing an even larger audience of renters through one marketing platform. As the Zillow Rental Network already attracted the large audience of rental shoppers on the Web, the addition of Trulia's audience expands this reach even further.
Trulia Inc. Undertakes Restructuring Plan

Trulia Inc. undertook a restructuring plan that will result in a total workforce reduction of about 342 employees, or 32% of Trulia's workforce, at its locations in Bellevue, Wash.; Denver; New York; and San Francisco, primarily in the sales and marketing functions. As a result of the restructuring plan, Trulia plans to record a one-time restructuring charge of between about $21.5 million and $24.5 million in 2015, primarily representing cash payments for severance and other personnel related expenses, and noncash expenses related to stock vesting acceleration. Severance payments will be paid out by the end of 2015. Employees directly affected by the restructuring plan will be provided with severance payments, vesting acceleration, and outplacement assistance. Trulia expects to complete the restructuring by year-end.
