POSSIBLE Appoints Danielle Trivisonno Hawley as Chief Creative Officer, Americas

POSSIBLE appointed its own Danielle Trivisonno Hawley to the newly-created role of Chief Creative Officer, Americas. Hawley will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all client campaigns for North America, while aligning teams across the region to continue delivering effective creative. She is based in Seattle and will report into President, Americas Jason Burby. This role includes strategic creative direction and oversight of team members in Seattle, New York, Los Angeles, Cincinnati and Costa Rica for the agency's roster of Fortune 500 clients. Hawley most recently served as group creative director at POSSIBLE and has been integral in developing the agency creative offering to embrace a holistic digital approach. Most notably, Hawley led strategic creative for POSSIBLE's social Audi work which garnered accolades from Adweek and MediaPost and also resulted in a Gold Addy. She has played key roles in developing campaigns for Microsoft, HBO, Pepsi, Revlon and Morgans Hotel Group, among other established brands. Hawley has been recognized by Cannes Lions, One Show, Communication Arts and AdCritic for her creative prowess. Prior to POSSIBLE, Hawley was at Creature and McClain Finlon Advertising.

POSSIBLE Appoints Darin Brown as CEO for EMEA

POSSIBLE announced the hire of Darin Brown in a new position, CEO for EMEA, based out of the London office. In this newly created position, Darin will oversee management, business development and operations for the EMEA region. Working closely with global and local management, he will be responsible for driving strategic expansion and growth for the agency. Having spent the last 24 years in key leadership positions, Darin brings with him a wealth of global agency experience. He has previously run agencies in North America and Europe. In the last seven years alone he has helped build and manage the European footprints of Razorfish and CP+B doing so via both acquisition and organic growth.

POSSIBLE Announces Management Appointments

POSSIBLE announced two significant senior appointments to the leadership team in the London office. Jim Chesnutt has been appointed as UK managing director and Lucas Peon joins as the executive creative director. These two additions signify the importance of the London office as a European hub and the investments that POSSIBLE is making in the management and creative teams to deliver great service and work for its growing client base in the region. Jim Chesnutt will be moving from Seattle, where he was a Vice-President of Accounts. Prior to joining POSSIBLE, Jim worked for a number of US-based marketing and communications agencies including Fallon, Braincraft, US Web/CKS and Nelson Communication as well as founding a technology start-up.
