Doug Sibila, president and chief executive officer of Peoples Services, has been selected by Team NEO's directors to a board seat. The board overseas Team NEO and is responsible for leading efforts to implement Northeast Ohio's regional economic competitiveness strategy, which is a plan business and philanthropic leaders developed as a guide for the region's growth.

Team NEO Appoints William “Bill” R. Koehler as Chief Executive Officer

William “Bill” R. Koehler has been named chief executive officer of Team NEO. Koehler, a senior executive with more than two decades of experience in corporate banking, has served in various leadership positions within KeyBank and was responsible for sales teams operating in Cleveland, Canton, Akron and Youngstown. Most recently, he was president of KeyBank’s Community Bank. He has also held positions with JPMorgan & Co. and Oxford Venture Corp. Koehler begins in this role on June 15, succeeding Thomas A. Waltermire, who retired as CEO of Team NEO at the end of December. Grant Goodrich has been serving as interim CEO of Team NEO. He was the director of regional strategy implementation with The Fund for Economic Future.
