Hearst Television Inc. has appointed Cary Pahigian as president and general manager of its WBAL-AM and WIYY-FM radio stations serving the Baltimore, Maryland market. Pahigian joins Hearst from Saga Communications, for which he served as president and general manager of an eight-station radio group in Portland, Maine, including WMGX, WGAN and WPOR.
