Dilon Technologies, Inc. Key Developments

Dilon Receives CE Mark Approval for its Navigator Gamma Probe System

Dilon Technologies announced that it obtained CE Mark approval for its Navigator(R) Gamma Probe system. The CE Mark allows Dilon to begin marketing the device throughout the European Union. Dilon has expanded its distribution into the majority of European countries and has already received the first orders. The Navigator Gamma Probe system is used in radio-guided surgical procedures, primarily for lymphatic mapping and tumor localization. Over the last several decades, procedures such as sentinel lymph node mapping, first in melanoma, and more recently in breast, have become a gold standard of care among general surgeons and surgical oncologists.

Digirad Corporation and Dilon Diagnostics Sign International Distribution Agreement

Digirad Corporation and Dilon Diagnostics announced that they have signed an exclusive international distribution agreement for Dilon to distribute Digirad's lines of nuclear imaging cameras including the ergo(TM), a large field-of-view general purpose imaging system, the Cardius(r) x.act, a triple-head cardiac dedicated SPECT imaging system with VCT Attenuation Correction, and the Cardius(r) XPO dedicated cardiac SPECT imaging systems line. The agreement covers distribution of Digirad products to most countries outside the United States. The signing of this agreement furthers the relationship that Digirad and Dilon have been building since the two companies signed a technology development agreement in mid-2010.
