Last week, Cannae Partners and Westport Capital Partners LLC have sold the 1019 Market St. building to an investment fund managed by Deutsche Bank AG (DB:DBK) for about $48 million, or about $645 a square foot, sources with knowledge of the deal told the Business Times.
