PJSC State Transport Leasing Company and JSC Sukhoi Civil Aircraft (Sca) Signs Firm Contract for the Supply of 32 Sukhoi Superjet 100 Airliners

On August 25, PJSC State transport leasing company and JSC Sukhoi Civil Aircraft (SCA) signed a firm contract for the supply of 32 Sukhoi Superjet 100 airliners which are expected to be leased to Russian regional airlines. The contract was concluded during the MAKS 2015 International Aviation and Space Salon. Under the contract the airlines will be supplied to the leasing company from 2015 until the end of 2017. The agreement also provides for an option for the purchase of 28 additional SSJ100 aircraft. The project provides opportunities for the replacement of STLC's outdated fleet of foreign aircraft with new airliners of domestic manufacture. To finance the project, RUB 30 billion will be contributed to the authorized capital of STLC, the leasing company will additionally raise up to RUB 30 billion in off-budget resources across the whole period of supplies.
Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Completes Contract with Gazpromavia for SSJ100 Delivery

On July 10, 2015 the tenth Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft was delivered to the Russian airline - Gazpromavia. Upon signature of the Acceptance Act for the SSJ100 with a tail number RA-89054 the aircraft operated a ferry flight from the Delivery Center of Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company to the airline's base airport - Ostafyevo near Moscow. After the registration of the airworthiness certificate the tenth Sukhoi Superjet 100 in Gazpromavia fleet will start commercial operations. The contract with Gazprom Komplektatsiya for delivery of ten Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft in its long range version to Gazpromavia was signed in August 2011. In March 2014 Gazpromavia, having operated the first commercial flight from Moscow to Sovietsky in Western Siberia, became the launch operator of SSJ100 aircraft in its long range modification.

Joint Stock Company Sukhoi Civil Aircraft announced earnings results for the first quarter of 2015. For the quarter, the company reported net losses cut 77.8% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2015 to RUB 1.29 billion. Revenues increased 150% to RUB 5.47 billion.
