On October 30, 2015, AMC Entertainment Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc., gave notice of its intention to redeem any and all outstanding aggregate principal amount of its 9.75% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2020 on December 1, 2015. The Notes will be redeemed at a redemption price of 104.875% of the principal amount together with accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to the Redemption Date. The aggregate principal amount of the Notes outstanding on October 30, 2015 was $18,676,000.
AMC and SundanceTV Announce Management Changes

AMC and SundanceTV have appointed Susie Fitzgerald as executive vice president of scripted programming for both AMC and SundanceTV. Fitzgerald remains based in Los Angeles. Christian Vesper, who most recently was senior vice president of scripted development and current programming for SundanceTV, has been named senior vice president of international programming, development, acquisitions and co-productions for the network and remains based in New York. Kristin Jones, who was brought on in 2014 by AMC as a consultant focused on international scripted projects, has officially joined the network as senior vice president of international programming, development, acquisitions and co-productions. She is now based at AMC's New York offices. In addition, Kristi Felton has joined AMC as vice president of scripted programming and is based in Los Angeles. Fitzgerald, Vesper and Jones all report into Joel Stillerman, president of original programming and development for AMC and SundanceTV, while Felton reports into Fitzgerald.

On September 28, 2015, Chaohui Liu announced AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, AMC Entertainment Inc., with notice of his resignation from the Boards of Directors of AMC, effective September 28, 2015. On September 29, 2015, the AMCH Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee recommended and the Board elected Jack Q. Gao, the Group Vice President and CEO, International Investments and Business Development at Wanda Group, as a director of AMC, effective immediately. The board of directors of AMCH also elected Mr. Gao as a member, and as chairman of the Compensation Committee of the board of directors of AMCH. Mr. Gao was elected to fill the vacancy on the Board created by Mr. Liu's resignation. Mr. Gao will serve as a Class III director of AMCH with a term expiring at AMCH's 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
