WH Group Signs USD 1.5 Billion Five-Year Consortium Loan Agreement

WH Group signed a USD 1.5 billion five-year consortium loan agreement with 12 banks and financial institutions, with an interest rate of Libor plus 2.48% to 3.08%. The consortium loan will be used to swap all the rest outstanding principal of the company's existing USD 4 billion term consortium loan signed by the company with a number of banks led by Bank of China on August 30, 2013. The interest rate of the outstanding principal is the Libor plus 4.5%.
