Rightscorp has launched its Popcorn Time Protection (PTP) service for content owners who want to prevent unauthorized streaming of their content via Popcorn Time. The service includes 365x24x7 monitoring of the Popcorn Time network and associated data collection and reporting services. Popcorn Time is unaffected by domain blocking and by DMCA takedown notices. Rightscorp to Monitor Film Release of Lost After Dark

Rightscorp announced that it will be monitoring the film Lost After Dark for digital piracy and illegal downloads. Lost After Dark is scheduled for a North American release on September 1, 2015 on Blu-Ray, DVD, and for VOD rentals. Although the film was pre-released for Video On Demand (VOD) sales last weekend on iTunes, Amazon, Xbox Video, PSN and Vudu, Rightscorp has already identified thousands of illegal downloads from unauthorized websites streaming the film.

Rightscorp Renews Representation Agreement for Peer-to-Peer Data Monitoring with Shapiro Bernstein

Rightscorp announced that it has signed a renewal agreement with Shapiro Bernstein to represent and monitor its copyrighted songs and other assets for online copyright infringement.
