Dec 26 14
Sistema JSFC (MICEX:AFKS) may divest JSC Sitronics in 2015, several sources close to the matter told PRIME on December 25, 2014. The sources stated that Sistema will retain and MTS and Medsi, and rest of the assets will be sold if there are attractive proposals. The sources added that Sitronics no longer conducts operations, its functions are limited to management of other high-tech assets in the holding, so Sistema will divest the assets belonging to Sitronics, not the company itself. Vladimir Yevtushenkov, Sistema's Chairman of the Board of Directors will seek for investors for Sistema's OJSC Detsky Mir Group, OAO VAO Intourist and several other assets, one of the sources said.
