Delta-Q Technologies to Introduce New IC Series Battery Chargers for Lift Trucks at LogiMAT 2016
Mar 7 16
Delta-Q Technologies announced that it will show its new IC900 and IC1200 industrial battery chargers at LogiMAT 2016. LogiMAT is being held in Stuttgart, Germany from 8-10 March 2016. Delta-Q is exhibiting in hall 8, stand F21. The new IC900 and IC1200 chargers combine with the existing IC650 charger to form the IC Series charging platform for use with electric lift trucks (pallet trucks and ride-on pallet jacks) and other material handling vehicles, including automated guided vehicles (AGVs), utility vehicles and burden carriers. IC Series chargers are designed and built for superior onboard reliability. All Delta-Q chargers are built in a Flex facility for high reliability solutions. The IC900 and IC1200 are slated to begin production in March 2016, orders are being taken now. The IC650, IC900 and IC1200 battery chargers are compact, sealed and lightweight-ideal products for onboard applications such as lift trucks and utility vehicles. An on-board charger provides the convenience of plugging a lift truck into the nearest electrical outlet. In North America, customers such as The Raymond Corporation, EnerSys, Exide and Deka have adopted the IC650 charger for use within electric pallet jacks. The three models in the IC Series provide 650, 900 and 1,200 watts of DC output power, respectively, and all are available in 24-, 36- and 48-volt models. All have wide AC input ranges (85-270 V AC) for use globally on single phase electrical grids.
Delta-Q Technologies to Introduce New IC Series Battery Chargers at the Golf Industry Show 2016
Feb 2 16
Delta-Q Technologies announced that the company will show its new IC900 and IC1200 battery chargers at the Golf Industry Show (GIS). GIS is being held in San Diego, California from February 10-11, 2016. Delta-Q is exhibiting in booth 3557. The IC900 and IC1200 chargers provide superior reliability and charge quality for lead acid (wet/flooded, sealed AGM or gel) or lithium-ion batteries in electric vehicles. Applications for the new chargers include golf cars, utility vehicles, neighborhood electric vehicles (NEVs) and low-speed electric vehicles (LSEVs). The IC900 and IC1200 chargers provide 900 and 1,200 watts of DC output power, respectively, and are available in 24-, 36- and 48-volt models. Samples are now available for original equipment manufacturers, with full production of the new chargers starting in March 2016. Made by Delta-Q manufacturing partner Flextronics in an automotive grade facility, IC Series chargers are validated for a long service life in challenging on-board applications. Their IP66-rated ingress protection seals out dirt and fluids, while mechanical design and component selection help resist vibration, shock and temperature extremes. Each Delta-Q charger provides "charge quality" for lithium-ion and lead acid batteries using one of more than 190 charge profiles developed in Delta-Q's battery lab. Users experience better runtime and battery life. Optional CAN bus communication enables a link between the IC Series chargers and other components, including battery management systems. Charge cycle data can be accessed using their built-in USB host port. Software updates and new charge profiles can be installed using a pre-programmed USB flash drive.
Delta-Q Technologies Introduces New IC Series Industrial Battery Chargers
Nov 6 15
Delta-Q Technologies announced the introduction of two new IC Series battery charging solutions for use in electric vehicles and industrial equipment. The new IC900 and IC1200 Industrial Battery Chargers join the company's IC650 Charger to form a common charging platform for use across manufacturers' product lines. Applications for IC Series chargers include electric lift trucks and automated guided vehicles (AGVs), scooters and motorcycles, floor care machines, aerial work platforms and utility vehicles. IC Series chargers provide the flexibility to charge either lead acid (wet/flooded, sealed AGM or gel) or lithium-ion batteries. The three models in the IC Series lineup provide 650, 900 and 1,200 watts of DC output power, respectively, and all are available in 24-, 36- and 48-volt models. IC Series chargers are validated for a long service life in challenging on-board applications and provide superior equipment uptime. Their IP66-rated ingress protection seals out dirt and fluids, while mechanical design and component selection help resist factors such as vibration, shock and temperature extremes. All Delta-Q chargers are made in a world-class facility for high-reliability solutions with very low defect rates.
